We Love Cheap Charlie's Restaurant ! Fast friendly service, with excellent food, and the most reasonably priced food around!
Food arrived quickly & tasted good. Waitstaff was great. A wide slice of the community eating together from the tattoed biker guy at the counter to local families and older couples in booths. If you’re into the classic dinner vibe from the mismatched Christmas mugs in June to local advertising on the table, this could be a fun stop.
I love hole in the wall diners and this one did not disappoint!!! Loved their food. Ate there 2, days in a row!!

It's still one of the better breakfast options in Rochester MN. Great basic breakfast of eggs, bacon, home fries, and toast all for under $10. Waitress was great, no waiting in line as they turn tables pretty quick.
Small little cafe. The staff was very nice and the food was delicious. And best of all the name fits the menu. The prices are extremely reasonable! We'll be back
1st time here! Server was awesome! & oh the pancakes were the best ever!!! My hubby had the French toast sandwich!! Be hungry cuz servings are huge!! We will definitely be back
The food was amazing. We are visiting from illinois and this place hit the spot for our hunger. The staff are extremely nice and the service was amazing and fast. We had a wonderful conversation with the woman who i assume runs the place or is a waiter. The cook was amazing at what they did, 10/10 Recommend!
Recently moved to Rochester and kept seeing the pig on the building. Finally came for breakfast and so glad. Super friendly server. Both my daughter and I enjoyed our breakfast. Pancake super fluffy and yummy. Will be back soon
